The Windsor based Pilates studio, K&K Body Dynamics,
offers (2) complementary demonstrations to those interested
in experiencing Pilates first hand. Check online and
register "Intro Class" under the Total Body Program. Owned and operated by Kevin McCabe and Kimberlie Buchheister, K&K offers both private reformer and mat classes, for all experience levels. (970-674-0557)

On December 1st 2007 the price for Tower / Mat will increase too $135.00 for 3 months.
A new Fit Chair/Tower class will be added for intermediate and advanced clients please check the class times on the web schedule to sign up. This is the next level of Tower and Fit chair in a class format. $150.00 for (3) times a week per month.
A new package will be offered starting in December 2007, $239 a month for Unlimited Mat and (4) reformer sessions OR the new Fit Chair/Tower class.
